"Rich" Tilghman is retired Naval Commander of 3 decades, with service in 4 conflicts in Destroyers, Aircraft Carriers, and after Flight training, in P-3C Orion Aircraft. He hails from the great state of Hawaii. A small businessman now, He is active in local charitable fundraising, Veteran's groups, and environmental issues. He is also sadly, a Gold Star, losing his older Brother in combat
