Comrade Taylor Johnson Jr., charter member of Post 12163, passed away on 13 March 2019.  Taylor served in the Army as a First Sergeant Electronics Maintenance Chief during the Vietnam War, and retired from service at 119th Signal Battalion, Fort Huachuca, Arizona.  He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal (1 device) and the Army Commendation Medal (2 devices).  Taylor was born on 01 October 1949 in New Jersey, and settled here in Western Australia.
